Resilience Builders seeks to provide transformational learning experiences while coaching leaders and employees on Trauma Informed and Resiliency best practices. Jamie Wehmeyer is a Clinical Consultant with Resilience Builders. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has spent her career working in the behavioral health field, primary in management roles. Professional experience and personal trauma have led her to be passionate for seeing Trauma Informed and Resilient practices being embraced throughout all communities.
Vibrant Women is a network of diverse female philanthropists committed to advancing Vibrant Health’s mission and improving the health of women and infants in Wyandotte County. Vibrant Women maximize their philanthropic impact by learning about challenges in our communities and combining the people and resources to make a positive change.
Throughout the year, Vibrant Women will hold two events to bring members together, including a winter learning luncheon and summer social event. Members are also invited to various Vibrant Health events and volunteer opportunities throughout the year.
Membership fees are placed in the Vibrant Women Fund, of which 50% supports uncompensated women’s health care and the other 50% supports the Vibrant Beginnings program. The Vibrant Women Fund creates a sustainable source of funding for health issues affecting women, children, and families in Wyandotte County.
