KanCare is Kansas’s Medicaid program. It offers free or low-cost health coverage for eligible children, pregnant women, families, seniors, and people with disabilities. Coverage includes medical, dental, vision, behavioral health, prescriptions, and more.
When you sign up for KanCare, you’ll need to choose a Managed Care Organization (MCO) — a health plan that manages your care. Vibrant Health proudly partners with all three MCOs offered in Kansas:
UnitedHealthcare (UHC) Community Plan
Offers transportation help, extra wellness programs, and a large provider network.
Sunflower Health Plan (Centene)
Provides strong care coordination, wellness rewards, and support for chronic conditions.
Healthy Blue (Elevance)
Trusted name in healthcare with local service and programs for families and children.
Choosing the right MCO ensures you can keep getting care at Vibrant Health and access the services, specialists, and support you need. We accept all three MCOs — so no matter which you choose, you can stay with us.
