Telehealth Services Now Available

Our purpose at Vibrant Health is to provide the highest quality of health care for the residents of Wyandotte County. Often, this means going the extra mile to ensure that our patients feel safe and comfortable accessing the care they need. This also requires that we constantly evolve as the needs of our patients and community continue to change, developing creative solutions to address often complex barriers to accessing health care.

Today, COVID-19 poses a unique and growing set of challenges to our work. In recent weeks we have taken decisive, necessary measures to protect the health and safety patients and clinical staff by reducing non-essential appointments and effectively triaging incoming patients.

While we recognize that these are extraordinary times and that these safety measures are necessary, their impact is disruptive for many of our patients. With this in mind, we are excited to announce the launch of our telehealth services. Beginning this week, Vibrant Health will offer select health services via digital platforms. By offering these virtual health services, we are able to provide the same high-quality health care to both new and established patients from the comfort and safety of their own homes. This will not only protect the health of our patients but also help reduce the disruptions to care experienced by those in the community.

New and established patients will now be able to easily fill out paperwork, make payments, and receive select health services via our secure, easy-to-use online health platforms.

Telehealth services are available for the following appointments:

  • Behavioral health visits – established patients
  • Sick visits – new and established patients
  • Chronic disease management – established patients
  • ADHD follow-up visits – established patients
  • Weight management visits – established patients
